The Wearer of the Cloak

The Wearer of the Cloak

The Cloak

All dreamers welcome!
Please step inside
Come out of the dark
No need to hide
Remove your cloak
Shake off your shame
Rest by the light of my candle flame

Come in!
Come in!
And merry meet

Let me invoke a delicious treat
Whilst I burn sage and brew some tea
I’ll chant a wish for you and me
The cat will purr
The spiders spin
I store my herbs within a tin
The room is dark
The fire roars
My magic works behind closed doors

I’ll whisper luck over a shrine
An altar made for the divine
I am the voice of history
And tales of ancient mysteries
Whilst honouring my king of oak
I am the wearer of the cloak
